We’ve had such a great start to this session wit

We’ve had such a great start to this session with Sunday Barre 101 & Allegro kicking off a few days ago, and Développé Sculpt last night. It’s been so nice to see the familiar faces of our Extension Room family, as well as several new!

Tomorrow we start our Wednesday Beginner Ballet Plus+ and Allegro sessions. Can’t wait to see you all soon! It’s not too late to book a spot in those classes. And remember, single class drop-in is always an option too. Want to sign up for a full session but worried because you have to miss a few dates? You can always make up a missed class by attending another (i.e. Barre 101 on Sunday to make up for missed Sculpt on Monday). No need to miss a class ever!

💦This high energy sweat fest is the perfect way to kick it all off.

‘Our signature class, Allegro Ballet Bootcamp defines all elements of classical ballet in a dynamic, intense workout conducted away from the barre. Cardiovascular and muscular endurance are the focus in this fun, high energy workout. Jeté, pirouette, and grand battement your way to a dancer’s powerful, resilient body!’

This session we are offering ALLEGRO on Sundays at 9am and Wednesdays ad 7:00.
