New Winter Class Sessions begin this coming week!  This will be our last session before the holidays, ending the first week of December. Before you take a well deserved rest to spend time with family, treat yourself to holiday feasts and ring in the new year, set yourself up with one more session of dance and fitness. There is something for everyone on the schedule, whether you are looking to align and develop balance, strengthen and lengthen, sweat and build endurance, or hone your classical ballet technique. Intermediate Ballet Pop-Up

Due to popular demand, Intermediate Ballet is back this fall!  Join us on Sunday, October 1 and October 29 for a 1.5hr of classical ballet technique.  Intermediate Ballet is a class designed for students who have at least 2 years ballet experience.  This class includes a full barre warmup, centre practice with adage, pirouettes, allegro and across the floor exercises.  Dig deeper into your technique and build endurance with a full hour and a half class.



New Class: Adult Beginner Ballet Plus+

This spring we launched our Adult Absolute Beginner Ballet programs, which were very popular and a huge success! Our students had a blast and many expressed interest in progressing to the ‘next level’ in their ballet training. So, for this fall session we are offering the perfect fit for those who have ‘graduated’ from Absolute Beginner yet don’t quite feel ready for Intermediate. Beginner Ballet Plus+ is the natural next step. It’s also a great class for those who have studied ballet in the past and wish to return to the basics for a refresher course.  If you’ve missed the start of the session or cannot commit to the full six weeks, feel free to pop in for drop-ins!
