Our downtown west end park location is in the heart of Parkdale, just west of Dufferin.
Meeting location is at the children’s playground, which is located near the Brock Avenue entrance.
This park provides vast green space with plenty of room to move and is not an overly busy public space.

Our downtown east park location is located just a few blocks north of the Danforth at Dundas and Greenwood.
This large, sprawling park provides plenty of private areas for movement classes.
Meeting location is on the terrace overlooking the park at the corner of Dundas and Greenwood.
